DONATION OF CARDIAC MONITORS AND ECG MACHINE
Donation of 3 cardiac monitors, 1 ECG machine and 6 beds to gynaecologyWard of Allied Hospital by Patient Welfare Society. The equipment purchased for Rs.500,000/– was handed over to the hospital administration on January 5, 2022. Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr. Arshad Ali Cheema, Mr. Waseem Iqbal (Philanthropist ) , Vice President Patient Welfare Society Rana Zia Ahmad Khan,Dr. Ammad Ayub and Dr. Shazia Shaheen (Associate Professor) were also attend the handing over ceremony.
DONATION OF HONDA JAPAN ULTRASOUND MACHINE
Donation of one ultrasound machine to Allied Hospital by Patient Welfare Society. The modern machine purchased with an amount of one million was handed over to the hospital administration on February 3, 2022. Medical Superintendent Dr. Arshad Ali Cheema, President Patient Welfare Society Dr. Jafar Hassan Mubarak, honourable donor Zubair Khalid were also present on this occasion. Professor of Radiology Dr. Asim Shaukat , DMS Services Dr. Ammad Ayub,Rana Zia Ahmed Khan SeniorVice President Patient Welfare Society and General Secretary Muhammad Naeem Amjadrana were also present.
DONATION OF CELLING FANS
Donation of 50 Fans to various wards of Allied Hospital by Patient Welfare Society. The Fans purchased for Rs.300,000/– were handed over to the hospital administration on March 29, 2022. On this occasion, Medical Superintendent of the hospital Dr. Arshad Ali Cheema, AMS Services Dr. Ammad Ayub Shah, Rana Zia Ahmed Khan on behalf of the patient welfare Society and other members took special participation in this event
DONATION OF CELLING FANS
Donation of 30 Fans to various wards of Allied Hospital by Patient Welfare Society. The Fans purchased for Rs.200,000/- were handed over to the hospital administration on April 19, 2022. Medical Superintendent Dr. Arshad Ali Cheema, AMS Services Dr. Ammad Ayub Shah, Rana Zia Ahmed Khan VP Patient Welfare Society and other members specially attended the event .
EID FESTIVALARRANGED BY PAEDIATRIC DEPARTMENT
Eid festival was organized for the children coming for treatment at the hospital organized by Peads Department of Allied Hospital and With the special efforts of Professor Dr. Hina Ayesha. Special arrangements were made to distribute Eid gifts to the children at the Eid fair, which included children’s clothes, shoes, bangles and henna.
On this occasion, while participating in the Eid festival, the Patient Welfare Society distributed packets of different kinds of fruits among the children. On which Dr. Hina Ayesha thanked the society administration and expressed determination to do such welfare work together in the future as well.
DONATION OF AC CABINET (GREE 2 TONS) FOR PAEDIATRIC NURSERY WARD
Donation of one AC Cabinet (Gree 2 Ton) by Patient Welfare Society for peads Nursery Ward of Allied Hospital. An AC purchased at a cost of Rs.200,000 was installed on 27 April 2022 at Peads Nursery. Hospital Medical Superintendent Dr. Arshad Ali Cheema, AMS Services Dr. Ammad Ayub Shah,Mrs. Asma AmirPrincipalCity School Faisalabadand officials of Patient Welfare Society were present on the occasion of the inauguration ceremony. On this occasion, hospital administration appreciated the welfare works of the society and thanked everyone.
DONATION OF AIR CONDITIONERS AND FANS
Patient Welfare Society Allied Hospital Faisalabad has donated a 4 ton AC to the peads nursery of Allied Hospital Faisalabad and another 25 fans for various departments. The equipment purchased with an amount of five hundred thousand was handed over to the hospital administration on June 23, 2022. President Patient Welfare Society Dr. Jaffar Hasan Mubarak, Medical Superintendent Dr. Arshad Ali Cheema, AMS Services Dr. Ammad Ayub Shah attended the inauguration ceremony
INNAUGURATION CEREMONY OF LATEST HONDA JAPAN ULTRSOUND MACHINE FOR GYNAECOLOGY DEPARTMENT AND UPGRADATION OF HIGH DEPENDENCY UNIT OF PEADIATRIC DEPARTMENT
on 28th July 2022, Patient Welfare Society completed the renovation of the separate intensive care ward in paediatricdepartment of Allied Hospital. A huge amount of funds Rs.1.5 million were spent on the project. Along with this, the modern ultrasound machine purchased for the gynaecology ward at a cost of Rs.1.4 Million was also handed over to the administration.
On this occasion LFT® Sohail Ashraf Deputy Commissioner Faisalabad, Professor Zafar Ali Chaudhry Vice Chancellor FMU, Dr. Arshad Ali Cheema Medical Superintendent, Professor Dr. Hina Ayesha, Dr. Jaffar Hassan Mubarak President Patient Welfare Society, society members and other doctors participated the event. On this occasion, the guests were briefed about the last ten year progress report of patient welfare society.
DONATION OF DIALYSIS MACHINE
Donation of a Dialysis Machine to Allied Hospital by Patient Welfare Society. A modern machine was purchased for a sum of Rs. 1.6 Million and handed over to the hospital administration on November 15, 2022. On this occasion, Vice Chancellor of Faisalabad Medical University Prof. Dr. Zafar Ali Chaudhry, Medical Superintendent of Allied Hospital Dr. Arshad Ali Cheema, President of Patient Welfare Society Dr. Jaffar Hassan Mubarak ,DMS Services Dr. Imad Ayub, AMS Admin Dr. Faheem Yousaf and the membersof Patient Welfare society were present.
DONATION OF 40 VISITOR BENCHES FOR THE ATTENDANTS
Donation of 40 benches by Patient Welfare Society for the attendants of patients visiting Allied Hospital. Visitors benches were purchased for an amount of Rs. 1.4 Million and was handed over to the hospital administration on November 19, 2022. On this occasion, Vice Chancellor of Faisalabad Medical University Professor Dr. Zafar Ali Chaudhry, Medical Superintendent of Allied Hospital Dr. Arshad Ali Cheema, President of Patient Welfare Society Dr. Jafar Hassan Mubarak. , DMS Services Dr. Imad Ayub, AMS Admin Dr. Faheem Yousaf, AMS. S. Admin Dr. Afzal Cheema and Senior Vice President of Patient Welfare Society Rana Zia Ahmad Khan and other members were also present.
On this occasion, the Vice Chancellor of Faisalabad Medical University and the hospital management specially appreciated the performance of Patient Welfare Society.
