Major projects completed in 2023

DONATION OF TWO NEW LATEST DIALYSIS MACHINES AND FIVE NEW ECG MACHINES

Two new dialysis machines and 5 ECG have been donated to Allied Hospital Faisalabad by the Patient Welfare Society.The latest machinery purchased with a sum of Rs.3.7 Million and was handed over to the hospital administration on January 2, 2023. On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Zafar Ali Chaudhry, Vice Chancellor of Faisalabad Medical University, Medical Superintendent of Allied Hospital, Dr. Arshad Ali Cheema, President of Patient Welfare Society, Dr. Jafar Hasan Mubarak, Head of Diaylsis Prof. Dr. Bilal Javed, Executive Engineer Liaquat Ali Maan, Mr. Rana Zia Ahmad Khan, Senior Vice President of Patient Welfare Society, and other members were also present. On this occasion, the performance of Patient Welfare Society for the year 2022 was reviewed.Vice Chancellor Faisalabad Medical Professor Dr. Zafar Ali Chaudhry and Medical Superintendent of the hospital Dr. Arshad Ali Cheema praised the performance of the society with rich words and in the future they will actively participate in welfare works together with the Patient Welfare Society.

DONATION OF FIVE CARDIAC MONITORS TO ICU WARD

Donation of five new cardiac monitors to ICU ward of Allied Hospital Faisalabad by Patient Welfare Society. The LatestEquipment purchased with an amount of Rs.400,000 rupees and was handed over to the hospital administration on March 3, 2023. On this occasion, Medical Superintendent of Allied Hospital Dr. Arshad Ali Cheema, President of Patient Welfare Society Dr. Jaffar Hassan Mubarak,Head of Neurosurgery Department Professor Akmal Hussain, Mian Tanveer Akbar Overseas Member, Senior Vice President of Patient Welfare Society Rana Zia Ahmed Khan and other members were also present on this occasion. On this occasion, the performance of the Patient Welfare Society for the year 2022 was reviewed. On which the Medical Superintendent of the hospital, Dr. Arshad Ali Cheema, praised the performance of the society and announced to actively participate in welfare works with the Patient Welfare Society in the future.

DONATION OF HONDA JAPAN ULTRASOUND MACHINE

Donation of two modern Japanese technology ultrasound machines and two modern linear probes to various departments of Allied Hospital Faisalabad by Patient Welfare Society.

The modern machinery purchased with a huge sum of Rs 2.7 Million was handed over to the hospital administration on 14th March 2023.

Medical Superintendent of Allied Hospital Dr. Arshad Ali Cheema, President of Patient Welfare Society Dr. Jaffar Hasan Mubarak, Head of Nephrology Department Dr. Bilal Javed, Dr. Khalid Mahmood AMS Services Department, Dr. Maroof Vaince attended this Event.from the Department of Radiology Dr.Amina, Asad Sarfraz Medical Social Officer Dr. Haseeb Akram Donor Member, Senior Vice President of Patient Welfare Society Rana Zia Ahmed Khan, and other members were also present.

At the end of the event, a briefing was given regarding the ongoing renovation of the Burn Center with the support of the Patient Welfare Society. And went to the spot and made a special review of the ongoing work. On which the Medical Superintendent of the hospital, Dr. Arshad Ali Cheema, praised the performance of the society and all the donors in rich words and announced to actively participate in welfare works with the Patient Welfare Society in the future.

DONATION OF 16 CELLING FANS FOR MEDICAL UNIT

Donation of 16 fans to Medical Unit 3 of Allied Hospital by Patient Welfare Society. The Fans were handed over to the hospital administration on April 12, 2023. The medical superintendent of the hospital Dr. Faheem Yousaf and Rana Zia Ahmed Khan and other members of the Patient Welfare Society were specially present on the occasion.

DONATION OF GARDEN BENCHES FOR FAISALABAD MEDICAL UNIVERSITY

Patient welfare Donated 30 garden Benches for Faisalabad Medical University. The benches purchased with an amount of Rs.600,000 and were handed over to the hospital administration on April 18, 2023. On this occasion, Vice Chancellor FMU Professor Dr. Zafar Ali Chaudhry, Medical Superintendent of the Hospital Dr. Faheem Yusuf, President Patient Welfare Society Dr. Jaffar Hassan Mubarak, Engineer Liaquat Ali Maan, Dr. Owais Fazal, Prof. Dr. Aamir Shaukat, Zubair Khalid Sheikh and other membersSpecially attended the event.

RENOVATION AND UP GRADATION OF BURN UNIT OF ALLIED HOSPITAL FAISALABAD

Allied Hospital’s burn centre had long-standing problems with its sewerage, drainage and water supply systems. Due to lack of timely work, water started leaking in the entire building. Due to which the building was in danger of collapsing, the Patient Welfare Society took initative for the renovation and up gradation of the drainage work Took responsibility for solving building drainage water delivery problems. According to an estimate, 70 to 80 percent of the pipeline system of the entire building has been replaced and modern washrooms have also been constructed. According to an estimate, a whopping sum of Rs 7Million has been spent on the renovation and up gradation of the Burn Centre, A proper innauguration ceremony was organized in this regard.

Vice Chancellor of Faisalabad Medical University Prof. Dr. Zafar Ali Chaudhry, President of Patient Welfare Society Dr. Jafar Hassan Mubarak were the chief guests. Mrs. Sara Shafqat , Dr. Haseeb Akram ( philanthropist ), District Surgeon DHQ Chiniot, Medical Social Officer Asad Sarfraz, Executive Engineer Liaquat Ali Maan and other members and officials of Patient Welfare Society were also present.

THE PATIENT WELFARE SOCIETY DECORATED AND PAINTED PEADS CORRIDOR WALL WITHUSEFULL AWARENESS MESSAGES ABOUT DISEASES

On the special instructions of Medical Superintendent Dr. Muhammad Faheem Yousaf, the corridor of Child Emergency has been decorated by the Patient Welfare Society for the general public by painting the wall in a very beautiful way to create awareness about various diseases. This will provide useful information to the patients and will also provide the facility of sitting in a clean environment.

DONATION OF ECG MACHINES FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCY AND CARDIOLOGY DEPARTMENT

Donation of ECG machine by Patient Welfare Society to Medical Emergency and Cardiology Department of Allied Hospital Faisalabad. The machine purchased with a sum of Rs. 300,000/-and was handed over to the hospital administration on November 30, 2023. Medical Superintendent of the hospital Dr. Faheem Yousaf, President Patient Welfare Society Dr. Jaffar Hassan Mubarak were also present on this occasion. Dr. Muhammad Iqbal , Honorable PhilanthropistMr Faisal Sattar , Rana Zia Ahmed Khan, Abdul Rahman Butt and other members specially attended the event.At the end of the ceremony, MS Sahib.
